This rice serum can help achieve glowing, hydrated skin.

 *Rice Water Serum* Ingredients: 2 tablespoons rice water (cooled) 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel 5-7 drops vitamin E oil (optional) Instructions : 1. Mix rice water and aloe vera gel. 2. Add vitamin E oil if using. 3. Blend well. 4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. *Benefits:* Rice water: Hydrates, brightens, and soothes skin.  Aloe vera: Hydrates, soothes, and calms skin.  Vitamin E oil: Antioxidant, anti-aging, and  moisturizing properties. *Application:* 1. Cleanse your face. 2. Apply 2-3 drops of serum. 3. Gently massage into skin. 4. Leave on overnight or for at least 30 minutes before rinsing. *Tips:* Use cooled rice water to avoid bacterial growth.
